Mural considers information, and the required equipment used to process that information, as vital assets the firm uses to accomplish its goals and objectives. Believing this policy to be an essential part of its business practices, Mural is committed to taking all reasonable actions to protect information created, processed, or stored within the company systems. In addition, Mural is committed to ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, contractual standards, and business continuity. Therefore, we have established criteria to manage information based on the fundamentals of integrity, confidentiality, and availability, aligned with the international ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard.

Although Mural cannot prevent the occurrence of Information Security incidents, we will make all reasonable efforts to:

• Manage risks.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information.
• Reduce the probability of materialization of these events, or 
• Minimize the possible impact that materialization may have.

Mural establishes that Information Security is a responsibility shared by the entire organization.
