MURAL is committed to taking all reasonable actions to fulfill industry best practices, applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations, always taking into account all relevant stakeholders in the Quality Management System.

To achieve this goal, we have established the following Quality Policy:

  • Meeting customers requirements and expectations.
  • Improving the functionality, usability and general quality of MURAL based on the recommendations, suggestions and required improvements received from customers.
  • Address and fix, when applicable, issues found via internal research by MURAL, in order to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Continuous improvement of processes engaged in the Quality Management System.
  • Promoting employee development in order to optimize their performance at work.

MURAL uses the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology in order to set quality objectives with measurable results. OKRs are defined and tracked on the tools used internally by each team. Managers are responsible for communicating such objectives to all MURAL personnel.

MURAL personnel must contribute to achieve those objectives and the performance planned in accordance with the MURAL's strategy.
