This template is your guide to creating a resume and cover letter that reflects your strengths and career journey.

Start with the Dream Job Bank to collect job postings and company websites that interest you so you can build out your dream job position over time. Whether you are currently looking for a job or not, it is a great resource to collect so you can keep track of certain positions that catch your eye and the skills and experience needed be prepared for those positions.

Use the Resume section to collect all the important information that you will want to include on every iteration of your resume. As resumes are usually living documents, the experience section functions as a place to track your current experience as well as plan your career goals and the future experience you aim to have in order to achieve your career goals.

In the Cover Letter portion of the template, research a specific job listing you are applying for and note the keywords and characteristics they are looking for in their applicants. Fill out the Introduction, Why you?, and The Ask sections to map out the key points so writing a strong cover letter is quick and easy.
